Dalma, a rapidly emerging French pet insurance startup, partnered with Seyna to launch a “new generation” insurance offer. Dalma needed a differentiated product, competitive pricing, and flexibility to refine pricing and features based on customer data while building a seamless digital experience.
Seyna co-built the insurance product with Dalma using its flexible pricing algorithm, generating 20,000 prices across combinations of coverage, breed, and age to maximize customization. Seyna also provided training on regulatory topics and product guidance, helping Dalma launch quickly despite technical challenges and achieve an unprecedented time-to-market.
