Avantages, an insurance brokerage and management company, worked with Seyna to launch a deductible buy-back program for E.Leclerc’s vehicle rental service. Their challenge was to offer customers an optional way to reduce a €1200 deductible to €300 while fitting the product into existing management systems with minimal IT development and very little implementation time.
Seyna redesigned the classic buy-back structure with an innovative pricing model based on rental duration: one approach for rentals under 15 days and a fixed premium for rentals over 15 days. This simplified integration, met Avantages’ operational needs, and delivered strong results with significant premium volume generated, while also giving Avantages a turnkey solution they can deploy to other distributors.
