Devereux, a nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider, was struggling with performance issues in its new electronic health record system, along with data center congestion, bandwidth visibility, and frequent help desk/firefighting work. To address these challenges, Devereux evaluated multiple monitoring tools and selected SevOne for its real-time infrastructure visibility and granular reporting.

SevOne helped Devereux monitor roughly 18,000 objects across a highly virtualized environment, detect issues earlier, and create faster, more useful reports. The results included catching a SAN storage problem three hours before it would have caused downtime, identifying backup driver issues, and proactively detecting about 40% of issues before major end-user impact, while also avoiding the need to add staff to manage the platform.
