From Legacy to Live in Six Months TrueVisions’ Rapid OTT Transformation

TrueVisions, Thailand’s largest cable and satellite TV provider, needed to modernize its legacy pay-TV architecture and launch a fully branded OTT service fast to meet growing demand for multi-device, on-demand viewing. Working with Setplex, the company set out to consolidate its TrueVisions NOW brand, improve user experience, and create a flexible, future-proof streaming platform under a tight six-month timeline.

Setplex delivered a cloud-based OTT platform using its SaaS Nora middleware on AWS, along with NoraGO multi-screen apps across major devices and TVs, plus integrations for SSO, payments, analytics, and content partnerships. The result was a successful launch in May 2024, onboarding 850,000+ new users in the first 15 months, expanding monetization through subscriptions, PPV, bundles, and upsells, and enabling TrueVisions to scale across multiple screens and languages.
