Consumer Goods Company, a consumer brand with a cult following, faced the challenge of engaging fans and incentivizing purchases online, at authorized retailers, and in select spas, salons, and dermatologist offices to build long‑term relationships and drive advocacy. They turned to SessionM, using its customer engagement and loyalty platform to create a program that could interact directly with members and reward desired behaviors.
SessionM implemented a points‑based loyalty program that awards points for e‑commerce transactions and in‑store purchases via receipt upload, and uses Campaign Management to deliver personalized offers at enrollment, on birthdays, for device‑usage milestones, and for app engagement. The program established two tiers — Premier (no minimum spend) and Elite (requires more than $350 in annual spend) — enabling members to progress through tiers for greater benefits; SessionM’s solution provided targeted offers and tiered incentives to deepen engagement and drive incremental purchases.
