Color&Co, a L’Oréal brand founded in 2018 that personalizes at-home hair color through licensed colorist consultations and custom Colorboxes, needed a partner to differentiate in a crowded market and support sign‑ups, purchases, referrals, and real‑time commission payments while tying all data into unified customer and colorist profiles. They selected SessionM for its customer data and loyalty platform, Salesforce Cloud integrations, and ability to support Color&Co’s unique commission structure and loyalty automation.
SessionM integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud to capture sign‑ups and orders into separate customer and colorist profiles, launched a Colorist Rewards Program that routes commission identifiers to a third‑party payment provider, and built referral and incentive programs plus a Customer module for service reps. The result was real‑time commission handling, seamless data flow for tracking preferences, RFM (recency, frequency, monetary) metrics and order history, streamlined referrals and payouts, and improved customer service and loyalty—delivered by SessionM.
