Arriva used SessionCam to review its end-to-end ecommerce sales funnel and diagnose why many visitors who showed intent to buy tickets were abandoning checkout. Working with SessionCam alongside Google Analytics and using SessionCam’s intelligent assistant and session-filtering tools (after user workshops), Arriva identified behaviors such as long dwell times, rapid scrolling, backward navigation and mid‑checkout exits that signaled friction.

SessionCam’s session replays and Customer Struggle scoring let Arriva filter and watch problem sessions, which guided bug fixes and page design tests. As a result, Arriva exceeded prior-year sales and achieved a 96% year‑on‑year uplift in conversions for visitors who started checkout and a 19.4% uplift for visitors who completed checkout; the project paid for itself in under three weeks.
