Volkswagen of America wanted to streamline its Co-op program to expedite dealer payments and ensure advertising compliance across its network of over 600 dealers. To address these challenges, they partnered with Sesimi.

Sesimi implemented its Funds Management module, which provided a portal for dealers to submit assets for compliance review and claims for payment. As a result, VWoA achieved greater brand consistency, significantly faster Co-op payments, and full transparency into fund distribution. Sesimi processed over 47,000 pre-approvals and 101,000 final claims within the first year.
