WGBH, a major Boston-based public television and radio station, relies on donor revenue and uses Salesforce as its CRM. The station needed to replicate and synchronize donor data between Salesforce and a cloud SQL warehouse for analytics and marketing automation (via RedPoint Global) and to migrate multiple stations’ legacy data into a consolidated MSB Salesforce instance.
WGBH implemented Sesame Software’s Relational Junction to automate bi-directional data replication and loading (including Pardot integrations) between Salesforce and the warehouse. The solution, backed by responsive Sesame support, has proven reliable and scalable—supporting almost 20 stations and enabling WGBH to onboard six to 12 new stations per year while streamlining analytics and fundraising workflows.
