Case Study: Monumental Sports Entertainment achieves live, queryable local copies of cloud data with Sesame Software's Relational Junction

A Sesame Software Case Study

Preview of the Monumental Sports Entertainment Case Study

Monumental Sports Entertainment - Customer Case Study

Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is the parent company of the Washington Capitals, Washington Mystics and Washington Wizards and operates the 20,000‑seat Verizon Center, maintaining a database of about 1.2 million contacts. After moving CRM work to a cloud‑based system, the company struggled to perform deep queries and build reliable reports because they no longer had a localized copy of their data.

MSE deployed Sesame Software’s Relational Junction to create an accurate local replica and enable two‑way synchronization with the cloud, restoring the ability to run live queries and generate reports. About 150 employees now access consistent data through the front end, the local copy provides disaster recovery and confidence in reporting accuracy, and responsive Sesame support helped resolve performance issues—leading MSE to renew the product.
