Esquire Deposition Solutions, one of the largest U.S. litigation support firms with 35 offices, provides court reporting, legal videography, interpreting and document services for law firms, corporations and insurers. Although Esquire used NetSuite for finance and operations, it struggled to generate complex, relational reporting and business intelligence from large volumes of cloud-based data needed by its nationwide sales teams and managers.

Esquire implemented Sesame Software’s Relational Junction to replicate NetSuite (and later Salesforce) data into a local SQL Server, enabling cubes, analytics and dynamic dashboards. The solution delivered daily metrics—quotas, targets and customer risk indicators—to hundreds of employees and managers, improved cross-system reporting, and, with Sesame’s support, became the company’s relied-upon source for business intelligence.
