CHG Healthcare Services, founded in 1979, is the nation’s largest privately held healthcare staffing firm, operating across all 50 states and internationally. The company faced a growing data integration challenge: multiple generations of IT and data warehouses meant they needed to move data between cloud-based Salesforce, local SQL servers and a legacy AS/400 system, and an internally built Java solution was taking too long.

CHG adopted Sesame Software’s Relational Junction suite to provide no‑code replication and bi-directional integration, pulling data from Salesforce into SQL and syncing SQL with the AS/400. The solution accelerated deployment, enabled roughly 1,000 employees to access consolidated reports, and continues to be supported by Sesame’s veteran team.
