AAPT is a national Australian telecommunications provider serving businesses, government and wholesale customers through a distributed sales and service organisation. With Salesforce and Clarify running in separate repositories across the business, AAPT lacked a single customer view, relied on manual, time‑consuming annual audits and needed a reliable way to consolidate data for reporting, commissions and customer service.

AAPT implemented Sesame Software’s Relational Junction to replicate Salesforce into an in‑house Sybase data warehouse and then added Relational Junction ETL Manager to integrate Clarify service data, linking the consolidated data into custom portals. The solution delivered a unified customer view, cut the annual customer review from three months to one, improved reporting and commissions workflows, increased employee productivity, reduced operating costs, and remained manageable by AAPT’s small IT team with strong vendor support.
