EAT17 - Customer Case Study

EAT17, an award‑winning SPAR convenience store group in London, faced operational strain from outdated systems and time‑consuming manual price changes across many artisan and independent products. To improve pricing accuracy and store efficiency they worked with SES-imagotag, deploying electronic shelf labels (ESL) alongside Market Hub software integrated with SPAR’s EPOS.

SES-imagotag’s ESL solution, integrated by Market Hub, was installed in more than 100 stores without disrupting operations and enabled dynamic pricing and better data management. The deployment produced a measurable reduction in non‑scanned items, increased gross margins, improved pricing accuracy and customer experience, cut waste and manual labour, and helped EAT17 win the IDG Innovation Store of the Year.
