Piepenbrock selected the Servoy platform to rebuild its QMS. Using Servoy Mobile, they developed a new application that allows inspectors to perform quality checks on any smartphone or tablet, with data seamlessly synchronizing once an online connection is available. This Servoy solution integrated with their SAP system and provided the flexibility to react quickly to customer needs. The results were significant, enabling Piepenbrock to scale its operations from 4,000 quality checks in 2011 to over 300,000 checklist items, with that number continually growing as they win new business.
