Zoom Drain Philadelphia, a drain-cleaning company already using ServiceTitan, wanted to consolidate its digital tools for easier access and better workflow. Before adopting ServiceTitan’s add-ons they relied on a separate, cumbersome email platform that required imports and complex campaign building, and on landline phones that limited call training and tracking.
In Fall 2019 they added Marketing Pro and Phones Pro inside ServiceTitan. Marketing Pro made email campaigns far simpler with tag-based targeting, no imports, and successful sends that returned their investment; Phones Pro enabled live call listening, transcripts for coaching, fewer abandoned calls and a Voicemail Drop that saves about an hour a day. They report improved efficiency and recommend both products to established service companies.
