Touchless Accounting reduces friction, makes accounting less tedious at AirWorks

AirWorks Solutions, an HVAC business in Ventura County, California, needed a simpler, less error-prone way to handle accounting and reconciliation. Process Manager Jessica Woodruff Smith joined the company in part to maximize ServiceTitan, and she tested ServiceTitan’s Touchless Accounting Integration to reduce the friction of moving data between systems and to make month-end accounting less tedious.

ServiceTitan implemented Touchless Integration, which automatically pushes transactions from ServiceTitan into QuickBooks Online or Intacct in near real time, eliminating batching, posting, and manual exports. The result was a much smoother workflow, faster reconciliations, fewer errors, and up-to-date financial information; AirWorks even raised its Titan Score to 219, reflecting strong adoption of ServiceTitan across its processes.
