Tioga Plumbing & Electric, a Dallas-Fort Worth-area family-run plumbing and electrical company, had outgrown a series of software systems that didn’t scale well or support strong scheduling and communication. The company adopted ServiceTitan in 2016, but for years only used it for basic scheduling and invoicing until office manager Amanda Carter found time during the pandemic to explore more of the platform.
With ServiceTitan, Tioga turned on more features such as dispatch notifications, confirmation texts, reporting, and invoicing tools, while also improving customer communication and review collection. The result was higher productivity and customer satisfaction, and Tioga’s Titan Score jumped by about 50 points. ServiceTitan also helped the team create more accurate reports and KPIs, streamline workflows, and improve the customer experience.
