Diamond Plumbing, a 21-year-old plumbing company in San Antonio, needed a better way to run dispatch, scheduling, and customer/job tracking after its proprietary software outlived its usefulness. Service Director Jason Goulet, who had used ServiceTitan in his previous company, recognized that the team needed a more flexible system to support both office and field operations.

Diamond Plumbing implemented ServiceTitan in May 2020, with onboarding support from ServiceTitan rep Lauren Kelly. The platform helped the team customize call screens, job details, business units, and job types, making it easier to manage warranty data, PO numbers, and hard-to-find new-home-warranty jobs. According to Goulet, onboarding was “a dream,” and ServiceTitan made it easier to “herd cats” while improving visibility, organization, and overall workflow across the business.
