ServiceTitan’s Price Insights gave TNT Home Services real-time regional pricing benchmarks, helping the team review jobs against local averages and adjust prices with more confidence. In one example, TNT found its price was about 11% above the average and chose to keep it, reinforcing its craftsmanship-focused brand. The tool also revealed where TNT was too low or too high across jobs, improving margin awareness and helping the company price more consistently and profitably.
