LB Capital, a group of trade businesses including many roofing companies, was looking for a way to improve sales efficiency and give customers more reasons to choose them. The result was faster, cleaner sales conversations and stronger close rates: LB Capital said it was financing 80%–85% of jobs, and 2024 revenue was tracking near $7.25 million by late Q1, nearly matching all of 2023’s $7.3 million and putting the company on pace for almost 400% growth versus the prior year.
