Intelligent Design raised its TitanAdvisor Score from 68 to 197, for one simple reason

Intelligent Design, a residential and commercial plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing company in Tucson, Arizona, had been using ServiceTitan for nearly a decade, but its TitanAdvisor score was only 68. When Zack Kays joined as a software administrator, he saw the low score as a sign the team wasn’t fully using the CRM’s features and was likely leaving value on the table.

As a result, Intelligent Design raised its TitanAdvisor score from 68 to 197, reaching the 85th percentile for similar-sized shops, reduced reliance on outside notification software, and supported revenue growth from $18 million in 2023 toward a $25 million goal.
