Althoff Industries, a Chicagoland commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electric company, switched from its old field service software to ServiceTitan in 2021. Customer service and dispatch manager Ashley Leege wanted to become the team’s go-to expert and saw an opportunity to deepen her knowledge through the ServiceTitan Certified Administrator (STCA) program.
Using ServiceTitan’s STCA training, Leege completed seven sections and 18 exams in just eight days instead of the typical two weeks. She then shared what she learned across the business, improving service history tracking, sharpening invoicing processes, and optimizing dispatch workflows. As a result, Althoff Industries became more efficient and raised its Titan Score to 202, reflecting stronger use of ServiceTitan and improved growth potential.
