How Streamline Electric is keeping all of its marketing and scheduling tools under one umbrella

Streamline Electric, a Detroit residential and light commercial electrical contractor, needed a better way to manage marketing, scheduling, and customer follow-up without stitching together disconnected tools. After switching to ServiceTitan in late 2022, the company added Marketing Pro and Scheduling Pro to create a more unified system for generating and booking work.

With ServiceTitan, Streamline Electric automated targeted email and direct mail campaigns, launched an online “Book Now” scheduling option, and added weekend call coverage through live services. The result was more booked jobs and better visibility into campaign performance, helping drive revenue from $3.6 million in 2022 toward a projected $4 million to $4.5 million this year, with longer-term goals of $6 million and beyond.
