Chipper Plumbing and Radiant, a residential plumbing and radiant-heat company founded in 2013, was struggling to scale because of manual, time-consuming processes, limited tracking, and weak reporting in its old software. After rebranding, the team turned to ServiceTitan to help support growth, improve estimating, and build more reliable business processes.
With ServiceTitan, Chipper Plumbing and Radiant adopted tools like the estimate builder, Pricebook Pro, Marketing Pro, inventory, and CRM features to speed up quoting, control costs, manage inventory, and centralize customer information. The company said it can now build professional estimates in about five minutes, better cover materials and labor costs, and lean out purchasing; as a result, it is planning to add up to three trucks and grow annual sales from $2.4 million to $3.2 million.
