Hanson’s Plumbing & Heating, a family-owned residential HVAC and plumbing contractor, was spending too much time managing project paperwork and back-end office work across long-running jobs. Before using ServiceTitan in 2021, the team relied on paper “yellow sheets,” spreadsheets, and thick project folders to track estimates, purchase orders, vendor invoices, labor, and materials, making organization and growth difficult.
ServiceTitan implemented its project-tracking software to centralize estimates, invoices, timesheets, purchase orders, and field documentation in the cloud. The result was much faster access to project information, better visibility into job costs and order status, and less office admin work; Hanson said the tracking process is “crazy” better than before and that scanning old documents into ServiceTitan has saved the office time.
