Works Plumbing & Rooter, a Pacifica, Calif.-based plumbing company, was searching for the right field-service software and wanted to use ServiceTitan, but initially wasn’t considered a fit. After trying several other systems and growing beyond three trucks, the company re-engaged with ServiceTitan and joined after a demo, looking for a platform that could support its business as it scaled.
ServiceTitan implemented its software for Works Plumbing & Rooter in August 2020, and the company has since expanded from three trucks to 12. The business also became one of ServiceTitan’s top referrers, earning referral bonuses and a custom-wrapped Ford F-150 Raptor through the vendor’s referral program, with rewards of $500 per demo plus 20% of annual subscription value, up to $10,000 per active referral.
