ServiceTitan implemented Scheduling Pro with online booking, live voice, and live chat tied to technician capacity data in ServiceTitan, plus Slack notifications for immediate alerts. Fuse Service reported strong results, including 29 bookings through Scheduling Pro and 10 through Scheduling Pro Live in a slow week, and noted that the tool could have replaced many manual bookings. ServiceTitan’s SearchLight data also showed Scheduling Pro leads convert at a high rate, with 80% matching to new revenue opportunities and 57% becoming paying customers.
