The result was a dramatic efficiency gain: payroll now takes about 30 minutes instead of more than half a day, with far fewer manual steps and less risk of human error. By using ServiceTitan more fully, House Call Company also improved profitability, turning a $40,000 loss in June 2017 into a $40,000 profit by June 2021.
