Aquarius implemented ServiceTitan’s water‑industry solution integrated with Kinetico’s interactive pricebook, enabling mobile, photo/video‑rich estimates, onsite financing, saved cards, routed recurring services, automated workflows and real‑time dashboards and alerts. Since going live in February 2019 they report a 26% revenue increase, higher average tickets and close rates, more efficient billing and inventory handling, and markedly improved customer experience and operational visibility across locations.
