Clear Tech Pools, a St. Petersburg, Florida company with 125 field technicians and more than 200 employees, needed a new platform to unify call booking, dispatch, marketing, sales, invoicing, batch billing, inventory reporting, and real-time data access. The team chose ServiceTitan after comparing other pool service software options, but the coronavirus pandemic forced the company to complete a first-of-its-kind fully remote “Go Live” implementation.
ServiceTitan supported Clear Tech with a remote rollout using smaller training groups and Slack-based communication, spreading training over a week instead of two in-person days. The result was a successful launch, with technicians quickly adapting in the field and the office team adjusting within about a week. Clear Tech also gained the ability to handle roughly 3,000 monthly invoices while improving workflows and avoiding the cost of taking the entire fleet offline.
