Chesterfield Service, a growing home services company west of St. Louis, was looking for a better way to manage daily operations and track performance as it expanded from appliance repair into HVAC and plumbing. The brothers who run the business needed a CRM that would reduce chaos, support field teams, and preserve the operational reporting they relied on, especially BDR’s “8 for 10” report. ServiceTitan was one of the vendors under consideration, along with its cloud-based software for trades.

ServiceTitan implemented an integration that auto-filled the data needed for the 8 for 10 report and later added other automations through partnerships like Bryant, including pricebook integration, warranty registration, lead routing, spiff registration, and marketing templates. Chesterfield Service adopted ServiceTitan in February 2019 and has since grown to 31 employees, with revenues projected to increase 31 percent in 2020 and plumbing business rapidly expanding.
