Casey’s Electric, a San Diego-based commercial and construction electrical contractor, needed a better way to manage growing longer-term projects without relying on paper and manual coordination. As the company scaled back during COVID and looked to stay lean, it turned to ServiceTitan, a software platform better known for residential trades, to help bring more structure to its commercial operations.
ServiceTitan worked with Casey’s Electric to test and shape its commercial functionality in real-world use, with Michael Villa providing feedback to improve workflows, usability, and support for new construction and commercial jobs. The result was a more organized backend and a path toward remote management, helping Casey’s Electric move toward a business mix that is roughly 90% commercial and 10% residential while giving leadership better visibility into the company’s daily operations.
