Arctic Air, a commercial HVAC-refrigeration company in Lancaster, Calif., struggled for years with old-school paper invoicing, manual processes, and inconsistent growth after owner Jacob Wittkopf took over at a young age. ServiceTitan helped improve call tracking, KPI visibility, reviews, and marketing performance; revenue rose from about $500,000 to $900,000, the team grew from three technicians to nine, and Arctic Air is now on track to exceed $1 million while its residential division has grown about 1,000%.
