Althoff Industries, a plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractor in Crystal Lake, Illinois, needed a modern, cloud-based system to replace an outdated server-based CRM while still meeting union requirements and improving customer service. With ServiceTitan, Althoff Industries streamlined operations, improved visibility into expiring and renewing memberships, reduced paper use, and gave dispatchers and technicians better GPS and customer-communication tools. ServiceTitan also helped drive revenue growth from $8.5 million after go-live in July 2021 to $11.4 million in 2022, with a goal of $14.6 million for the current year, while membership sales increased enough to make the office gong ring more often.
