Absolute Services, a Louisville-area trades company founded after the 2008 recession, was struggling to scale as it expanded beyond garage doors into HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. CEO Vince Heuser realized the business needed better systems and moved to ServiceTitan, the cloud-based software for the trades, to support growth, improve tracking, and give technicians clearer performance visibility.
ServiceTitan helped Absolute Services streamline reporting, mandatory forms, pricing updates, payments, financing, and dashboarding through integrations and APIs. According to Heuser, the change was a major driver of growth: Absolute nearly doubled in size each year, revenue grew from about $1 million in 2017 to $10 million four years later, and the company expanded to 105 employees across multiple divisions and new locations.
