Shoreline Pools, the largest pool construction and service company in the Northeast, needed to move off paper work orders and adopt a mobile field service solution that would work offline and integrate with their back-office Vista by Viewpoint system. To meet that need they implemented the native mobile field service app Service Pro for Viewpoint from Service Pro by MSI Data.

Service Pro by MSI Data delivered an offline-capable, integrated mobile app that lets technicians complete and sync work orders from anywhere, capture photos and inspection data, look up parts, and use a punch-clock. The change eliminated manual reentry, reduced inventory and payroll errors, sped up billing workflows, and increased technician and admin productivity and accuracy.
