With Service Objects, Havertys now validates more than 50,000 addresses per month across 120 locations, helping reduce delivery delays and costs while improving routing and on-time delivery. The data also powers Havertys’ FollowMyTruck tracking tool, which gives customers exact delivery times and real-time updates, contributing to stronger customer service and positive feedback.
