Angel Flight West, a volunteer pilot organization that provides medical and compassion flights, needed a reliable way to manage address and ZIP code data for routing, mapping, mileage calculations, grant requests, and outreach. It used Service Objects’ DOTS Address Validation software, provided through Service Objects’ in-kind grants program, to help support its operations and serve more people efficiently.

Service Objects implemented DOTS Address Validation to improve data accuracy and streamline Angel Flight West’s operations. The result was greater operational efficiency, better use of county and location information for grants and recruitment, and lower mailing costs for donation and healthcare professional mailings. Angel Flight West also benefits from the shared platform used by 10 other organizations, supporting about 6,000 volunteers and 10,000 flights per year.
