Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Resort, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, needed a way to collect advance deposits and process meeting and event payments before the property opened, without a physical location, PMS, or merchant ID in place. Aimbridge turned to Sertifi and its SertifiPay solution, which the team already knew from use at other properties.
Sertifi implemented SertifiPay quickly, with the resort able to start collecting deposits within a week. The result was faster, secure, contactless payments from anywhere, improved efficiency for a one-person team, and strong PCI-compliant payment security. Sertifi said the solution helped the resort begin generating revenue before opening and made deposit collection quicker and more convenient for customers.
