LBA Hospitality, founded in 1973, is a full-service hotel management and development firm overseeing 65 properties across 10 states. The company relied on a manual contract and BEO process—emailing documents that guests had to print, sign, scan and return—which was slow, inconvenient for on-the-go guests, and inconsistent with LBA’s goal of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

After a pilot, LBA rolled out Sertifi company-wide to automate eSignatures and payments with custom-branded email requests, guided fields, automated reminders, and real-time communication. The change cut contract turnaround from 2–3 days to a few hours, strengthened PCI-level security, reduced paper and administrative costs, and improved reporting and overall guest convenience.
