By replacing their prior eSignature setup with Sertifi’s customizable Salesforce integration and a Visualforce-based tablet wizard, delivery.com automated in-person signing, storage and tracking without extra support fees. The change cut average signature time to 28 minutes, freed about 240 person-hours per month (roughly 30 extra productivity days), reduced costs and removed printing/scanning bottlenecks so reps can onboard merchants faster.
