Aramex, the international logistics and express delivery company, needed a global standard for payments and cash management across 54 countries. The company wanted to replace highly manual, fragmented processes for bank statement processing, remittance advice handling, payment approvals, and cash visibility with a solution that would fit seamlessly into its SAP S/4HANA environment. Serrala’s SAP-embedded FS² suite, including FS² AutoBank, FS² Payments, FS² AccountStatement, and FS² CashLiquidity, was selected to support this transformation.
Serrala implemented automated, harmonized payment and cash processes that improved visibility, control, and security company-wide. Aramex gained a central dashboard for payment and account statement status, faster handling of bank statements and remittance advices, and more flexible approval workflows, while business users could manage posting rules without IT support. The results included 70% automatic cash application in the UAE and 60% in Africa, along with faster error handling, fewer sales blocks, and stronger cash forecasting and liquidity management.
