Serenic Navigator Updates American Psychological Association’s Systems

The American Psychological Association, the largest scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the United States, needed to replace its older financial management system. After a formal review, the APA chose Serenic Software and Serenic Navigator to support requirements such as workflow, direct integration with its association management system, and better visibility into balances.

With Serenic Navigator, the APA began automatically importing transactional data hourly and gained built-in workflow and easier duplicate vendor checking. Jerry McGlaughlin said the rollout was so smooth it was “non-eventful,” and users found the system intuitive and were brought up to speed with the right amount of training.
