Serenic Navigator Helps Partners in Health Better Manage Financial Operations to Support its Mission

Partners In Health, a multinational nonprofit working in 10 countries with more than 6,000 employees and a $65 million annual budget, needed a common fund accounting system to replace disparate financial systems across its major locations. Its Boston headquarters struggled to consolidate and report on donor funds and spending across multiple currencies and languages, with some sites relying on Excel for manual consolidation.

Partners In Health implemented Serenic Software’s Serenic Navigator Advanced Management Edition, certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, along with Jet Reports. The system gave PIH real-time reporting, centralized visibility across locations, and simplified fund and project management through Dimensions; the organization rolled it out in four of six planned sites within six months, and more than 64 users were using it across four global locations.
