Chimes International provides services for people with disabilities and special needs, supporting more than 17,000 people each year across six states, the District of Columbia and Israel. To replace an aging financial management system that had become costly to maintain, Chimes looked for software built for nonprofit needs and chose Serenic Navigator from Serenic Software.
Serenic Software, working with AVF Consulting, implemented Serenic Navigator Enterprise on Chimes’ familiar Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform. The new system helped Chimes roll remote office data into one consolidated report, store records electronically for easier queries and audits, and produce consolidated statements in seconds instead of taking a good portion of the day. Chimes also said it can serve more people with the same workforce and spend more on mission-critical services rather than back office systems.
