International Media Ministry Upgrades to Serenic Navigator

Trans World Radio (TWR), a global media ministry reaching audiences in more than 200 languages and dialects across 160 countries, needed to upgrade its finance system after years on an older version of Serenic Navigator. The organization had a 30-person finance department, accounting staff in nine countries, and data moving between servers in five geographic locations.

TWR upgraded to Serenic Navigator 2009 from Serenic Software, adding newer usability features, dimension attributes, and extended fields. The upgrade cut the database size in half, improved reporting and system speed, and made daily tasks easier; TWR said work that used to take three to four steps could now be done in one or two.
