Valvital Group, a French thermal group and the second-largest in the country, needed a way to unify the management of its growing network of thermal centres after acquiring several properties that were already using different systems. Sequoiasoft’s Nymphéa thermal software was chosen to help standardize operations without disrupting users’ привычницы and to support centralised multi-site management.

Sequoiasoft implemented Nymphéa on a single server, enabling all thermal centres to be updated simultaneously and leaving one group-level colleague responsible for hotline support. The result was a more controllable and better-performing installation, significant time savings, and lower operating costs, with Valvital also planning to use Sequoiasoft’s Nymphéa to automate mailing to clients and further optimize resources.
