Domaine Thermal de Mondorf, a large thermal resort in Luxembourg welcoming 300,000 to 350,000 clients a year, needed a better access control system to manage client flow more comfortably and efficiently. Its earlier biometric solution struggled in humid environments and created technical issues, so the resort turned to Sequoiasoft, also referenced in the case study as Septeo Hospitality, for resort software and access control.

Sequoiasoft implemented a centralized access control system with a single client database and waterproof Mifare bracelet passes for all resort activities, allowing guests to move freely and even pay for extras without carrying money. The result was faster processing at reception, improved security, and greater comfort for clients, with each guest passing through access control in just 1 to 1.5 seconds; Domaine Thermal de Mondorf said the solution fully met its needs and that Sequoiasoft’s support was excellent.
