Tessera Therapeutics accelerates pipeline analysis and improves research productivity with the Seqera platform

Tessera Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical research company, needed a modern way to run and manage genomic analysis pipelines faster, while improving productivity, reproducibility, auditability, and cloud efficiency. To address these challenges, Tessera turned to Seqera and its Nextflow-based platform for collaborative workflow management at scale.

Seqera implemented the Seqera platform alongside Nextflow, AWS Batch, Amazon S3, GitLab, and Seqera Labs Services to make pipelines easier to launch, monitor, and reuse across the computational biology team. As a result, Tessera increased analysis capacity, achieved dramatic productivity gains, improved visibility into pipelines and data, and reduced cloud spending by using AWS resources more efficiently.
